TYMO offers trackable shipping services for all purchased products. Shipping is free within Japan. For some products, additional charges such as shipping fees may apply in addition to the product price. If applicable, please specify the exact amount.

Payment is due at the time of order.
Payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, convenience store payment, etc.

Orders are shipped within 1 business day of order confirmation. It may take 2-3 business days for the tracking number to activate.
Once your tracking number is active, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing delivery information. You can also sign in to your account to track your order status.
*Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in good condition.
1. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as gift cards, hair care items, some accessories, free items, and items marked as final sale.
2. Obtain a refund confirmation from our customer care team.
3. Carefully package the item in its original packaging.
4. If you are using the same shipping box, please place the new shipping label you received over the original shipping label. Otherwise, please use a different shipping box.
5. Please send the returned item to the address specified by our customer care team.
Defective items beyond the return period are also covered by the relevant warranty service. Please refer to the warranty card included in the package. Regarding refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation notifying you that we have received your returned item.

There is no limit to the quantity of items you can purchase, but we may not be able to fulfill your order depending on stock availability.
