Q: Will the brush teeth get hot? Will it burn my scalp?

A: Our product features an anti-scald design. The patented V-shaped flame-retardant plastic frame protects your skin from all angles. You will barely feel any heat even if you place the product on your scalp while it's operating.

Q: Does it work on really curly hair like natural curls? Or does it work on mixed hair? What about thick, very curly hair?

A: The TYMO RING has five heat settings (130℃~210℃) that are easy to select and can be adjusted to suit your needs. For any hair type, even thick and frizzy hair, setting the appropriate temperature will straighten it.

Q: Can I use it on wet hair?

A: We do not recommend using it on wet hair, as this can damage the hair when the cuticles are open. We recommend drying your hair before use.

Q: What are the plug specifications for this product?

A: The plug for this product is a Japanese standard plug and complies with the technical standards specified by the Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Act (PSE).

Q: Can I straighten my hair by brushing it like a normal comb with this heat brush?

A: For best results, we recommend using it according to the following tips and methods:

1. Use only on dry hair.

2. For thick and curly hair, brush a small amount of hair at a time.

3. Brush slowly and at a consistent speed.

4. Make sure the hair is securely inserted into the brush.
