Q: Can it be used on wet hair?

A: We do not recommend using it on wet hair, as this can damage the hair when the cuticles are open. It is recommended to use it after drying your hair.

Q: How do I clean my heated brush?

A: Please read the product care instructions below:

-- Before cleaning, ensure the product is unplugged from the outlet and the heater has completely cooled down.

-- Wipe the brush bristles and body with a slightly damp cloth or paper towel, then wipe off any moisture with a dry cloth and allow it to dry completely.

-- Do not store in a humid place.

-- Do not put it in a dishwasher or microwave.

-- Do not immerse the product in water.

-- Do not use alcohol, cleaning agents, bleach, or abrasives to clean this unit.
 

Q: Does it have an automatic shut-off function?

A: Yes, it has a 60-minute automatic shut-off function.

Q: What are the plug specifications for this product?

A: The plug for this product is Japanese standard and complies with the technical standards specified by the Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Act (PSE).

Q: Will my hair not smell burnt?

A: No. We recommend starting at the lowest possible temperature and increasing the temperature until you achieve the desired effect (my hair is thick and long, so it won't straighten unless I use it above 200 degrees Celsius). Also, do not use it on wet hair. I think some products might have a burnt smell, so please try a heat-protective styling product.
